Aboriginal Financial Officers Association of Canada

To assist AFOA in fulfilling its mission of developing Aboriginal capacity in finance and management, Harold designed a course on comprehensive community development. The course is currently offered through AFOA as part of its community workshop series and as a 2-day workshop several times a year. The course curriculum showcases Harold's expertise in community development issues for First Nations and Aboriginal communities, especially from a comprehensive, community-wide perspective that engages a broad audience.

Along with curriculum development, Harold has also worked with AFOA on its strategic planning, building relationships between national and regional chapters, and participating on the planning committee for their annual conference.
