Harold Tarbell is the owner of the Aboriginal consulting firm Harold Tarbell Facilitation, formerly Gaspe Tarbell Associates. Since 1992, his firm has provided group facilitation and training services in strategic planning, policy development, consultation, and organizational development, including team building, conflict resolution, board development, and youth programming.
Harold Tarbell Facilitation serves a wide variety of clients, including nonprofit, corporate, and government organizations. Based in Vancouver, BC, it provides facilitation and planning services for clients in BC, across Canada, and throughout the U.S.
Serving Indigenous (i.e. American Indian, Alaska Native, First Nations, Metis, Inuit, and Urban Aboriginal) clients in Canada and the U.S. is a special area of expertise. Harold is passionate about using his skills to assist organizations and programs that are designed to benefit Aboriginal and Native American people.

Co-Chair, Chiefs in Assembly - Assembly of First Nations
The Assembly of First Nations is the national organization representing First Nations citizens in Canada. As co-chair when the chiefs are in a collective assembly, Harold facilitates meetings twice per year. He has assisted the group to introduce new processes into their assembly, such as regional caucuses and designated strategy sessions to support the important work these gatherings are intended to address.
